For this piece, I chose linen as the base and machine-stitched the designs. White and red dominate the color scheme, as these colors symbolize Christmas for me.

The design features a winter landscape - snowmen, reindeer, and a flying Santa Claus. The inspiration was the childlike joy and the magic that accompanies Christmas.
